Within the Jean Monnet Module PRO-FACTS, on March 2024 the project team at the Faculty of Economics, University of Tirana, held an Information Day to present the upcoming Intensive Specialized Course: “Climate and Green Finance Agenda in the EU.” The event welcomed bachelor and master students of the Faculty, participants from other higher education institutions, and professionals to expand their knowledge of EU climate and financial policies.
During the presentation, attendees were introduced to the course content, which explores the EU framework for climate action, sustainable development, transition toward renewable energy, climate finance mechanisms, green financial tools, and the implications of climate risks on financial markets. The course aims to equip participants with practical skills and a deeper understanding of how sustainability is shaping financial systems in both EU and developing countries.
